How buying & installing works

From the moment you click Buy to the moment the product is running on your machine — what happens at each step, what arrives at your email, how to activate, and how updates work afterwards.

    You pick a product on the store

    Browse all products, click the one you want and review what it includes: features, screenshots, version, supported platforms and what the license covers (how many installations, how long updates last, etc.).

    Checkout with PayPal or Stripe

    Add it to the cart, hit Checkout and pay with PayPal or credit/debit card via Stripe. No account is required — only your email so the license key can reach you. Your card data never touches our server: Stripe and PayPal handle it directly.

    Have a redemption code instead? Use the Redeem code page to generate the license without paying.

    You receive the license key by email

    Within seconds of the payment being confirmed, you get an email with your license key in XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format and a direct download link to the installer/ZIP. The thank-you page in the browser also shows the same key in case you want to copy it right away.

    Lost the email? Open My account, enter your email and you will get a magic link to see all your licenses and re-download anything.

    You download and install the product

    Install it as you would any other piece of software:

    • Desktop app / launcher / game — run the .exe installer (Windows) or open the .dmg (macOS) and follow the wizard.
    • WordPress plugin — in your WP dashboard go to Plugins → Add new → Upload, pick the .zip, click Activate.
    • Mobile app — side-loadable build with install instructions inside the download.

    You activate the license inside the product

    First time you open it, the product asks for your license key. Paste the XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX from the email, click Activate, done. The license unlocks all features and starts the update channel. Without a key, products run in a 30-day trial; after that the core features lock until activated.

    A single license activates the product on the number of installations indicated on the product page (usually 1). You can deactivate one installation to free a slot for another machine at any time from the product settings.

    Automatic updates from now on

    Every time a new version ships, the product checks in (no telemetry, just a version number + your license) and offers to install the update with one click. You also receive an email so you know what changed. Updates are included for the period stated on the product page (usually forever for plugins and 1 year for desktop apps, after which the product keeps working — only new updates stop arriving).

Frequently asked questions

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit card via Stripe and PayPal. Both are processed directly by the provider — we never see or store card data.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Stripe sends an automatic VAT-compliant receipt to your email. For a different billing name (a company, etc.) reply to the receipt and a fresh invoice is issued within 24h.

What happens if I lose my license key?

Open My account, type your email and click the magic-link button. You will see every license you own, the activations of each, and a direct re-download link for every product.

Can I move my license to another computer?

Yes. Open the product on the old machine and click Deactivate (or remove the license from My account). Then activate the same key on the new machine. No limit on transfers.

What happens after the update period ends?

Nothing breaks. The product keeps running with the last version you installed. You only stop receiving new updates. You can buy a new license at any time to extend the update channel.

Refund policy?

14-day full refund — no questions asked — as long as you have not activated the license on more than one machine. Email us from the contact form.
