Notice-and-takedown procedure
Every product sold on VBedits is protected by copyright.
Unauthorised distribution, resale, republishing or reverse-engineering is a civil and criminal offence under Spanish and international copyright law.
1. Copyright complaint against content published on the Store
If you believe in good faith that content published on VBedits infringes your copyright, send a notice by email to jjvilbe@gmail.com with the following information (template based on DMCA §512(c), compatible with EU Directive 2000/31/EC and the Digital Services Act):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (title, registration number if any, original URL).
- Clear identification of the allegedly infringing material and its exact location on the Store (URL).
- Your contact information: full name, postal address, phone and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on its behalf.
We process every valid notice within a reasonable time (typically 72 business hours), removing or blocking the reported content and notifying the user who uploaded it.
2. Counter-notice (if you believe the takedown is wrong)
If your content was removed and you believe it was an error or covered by legal exceptions (quotation, parody, fair use, public domain, etc.), you may file a counter-notice to the same address with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone, plus a statement of consent to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
3. Repeatedly false notices
Anyone sending bad-faith or false copyright notices may be liable for damages and legal costs under DMCA §512(f) and Spanish abuse-of-rights doctrine.
4. Repeat infringers
We block accounts and revoke licenses of users who repeatedly infringe third-party copyrights.
5. Cloned / pirated products
If you find a VBedits product being redistributed without authorisation on another website, marketplace, GitHub, p2p network or Telegram/Discord channel, please send the link to jjvilbe@gmail.com. We appreciate reports and, depending on the case, may offer a free license as a thank-you.
