Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By accessing VBedits ("the Store") or by purchasing, downloading or using any digital product offered through the Store ("the Product"), you agree in full to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Store or the Products.

1. Nature of the service

The Store sells licenses to use digital Products (plugins, desktop apps, mobile apps, games, AI tools and similar). The source code, copyright and intellectual property of the Product are NOT sold. Purchasing a Product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, subject to these Terms.

2. License grant (what you can do)

• Install and use the Product on the number of sites, devices or installations stated on the Product page at the time of purchase (typically 1 site unless otherwise specified).
• Receive updates for the duration of the license (perpetual unless an expiry date is listed).
• Make reasonable backup copies for personal use.
• Use the Product commercially in your own or your clients' projects, within your activation limit.

3. Restrictions (what you may NOT do)

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, give away or publish the Product, in whole or in part, free or paid, through any channel (websites, GitHub, marketplaces, forums, p2p networks, etc.).
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, decrypt or attempt to derive the source code of the Product, except to the extent such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Remove, hide or alter copyright notices, authorship credits, trademarks or license keys embedded in the Product.
• Use the Product beyond the authorised number of activations.
• Share your license key with third parties. Each license is nominative and tied to the purchase email.
• Use the Product for unlawful purposes or activities that infringe third-party rights.

Breach of these restrictions causes an automatic revocation of the license, with no right to a refund, and entitles VBedits to pursue legal action (including DMCA take-downs and civil copyright-infringement claims).

4. Payments and refunds

Products are digital goods delivered immediately. By starting the download the buyer expressly waives the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content (per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(m), and the Spanish equivalent).

Discretionary refunds are offered when: (a) the Product has a serious technical defect preventing its use that we cannot fix in a reasonable time; (b) duplicate-charge errors. Requests must be sent to jjvilbe@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

5. License duration and expiry

Unless the Product page states otherwise, licenses are perpetual ("buy once, own forever"). If a license is sold with a limited duration (e.g. yearly), the expiry date is shown on the Product page and in the customer's /cuenta dashboard. Updates and the ability to activate new installations stop at expiry; already-installed Products remain usable as-is.

6. Activations and deactivations

Each license permits a limited number of sites or devices active simultaneously. The buyer can view and manage activations from /cuenta. Freeing a slot (deactivating) makes it available for another installation. Fraudulent key use (sharing, exceeding slots, bypassing the system) may result in immediate revocation.

7. Intellectual property

All Products, source code, designs, trademarks, copy, logos and any material published on the Store are owned by VBedits or its licensors, and are protected by Spanish and international copyright law. © 2026 VBedits. All rights reserved.

8. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is", without express or implied warranties beyond those required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VBedits shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss or any harm arising from the use or inability to use the Product. VBedits's maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product in question.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Changes take effect on publication. Continued use of the Store or Products after publication constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer's domicile (where consumer-protection rules apply) or, failing that, to the courts of Spain.

11. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
